AlverHub respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws elsewhere.
What we list
Every tool listing consists of short, factual metadata: the tool's name, its own website URL, a one- or two-sentence description, and a logo pulled from the tool's own public favicon or logo. We do not reproduce full articles, screenshots beyond what a tool's own marketing site provides, or any other long-form copyrighted content.
Filing a notice
If you believe a listing infringes your copyright (for example, a logo or description used without the right to do so), send a notice to the email below including:
- The specific listing (URL on AlverHub) you're reporting
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
What happens next
We review every notice and, where it's valid, remove or update the listing (most commonly: swapping a logo for a different real source, or correcting a description) — typically within a few business days.
Counter-notices
If you believe a listing was removed in error, you can reply to our confirmation email explaining why — we'll review and, where warranted, restore it.
