This page describes what information AlverHub collects, why, and how it is used. It is a starting template describing this application's actual behavior — not a substitute for legal review specific to your jurisdiction and user base.

Information we collect

Account information: if you sign up, we store your email address and any profile details you add (display name, bio, avatar). Authentication is handled by Supabase.

Content you submit: tool reviews, ratings, and tool submissions you create are stored and, once approved, may be publicly visible.

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address to send newsletter emails via Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Outbound link clicks: when you click "Visit" on a tool, we record the tool, an approximate device type, referrer, and timestamp — never your name, email, or IP address — to measure which tools get clicked.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your language preference and to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics (GA4) is active on this site to understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Microsoft Clarity is not currently active on this site.

Google AdSense is active on this site and may show ads personalized using its own cookies, per Google's own advertising policies.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Resend (email delivery). Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your account content from /account, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and clear cookies from your browser at any time.
