Who it's for: people who want an AI assistant they can lean on for longer, more involved work — reviewing a contract, working through a coding problem end to end, analyzing an uploaded document or image, or organizing a multi-step project. Its "Projects" feature groups related conversations together, and "Artifacts" lets it produce standalone documents, code, or visualizations rather than just chat replies, which suits people doing sustained work rather than one-off questions. Strengths: Claude is widely regarded for careful, well-reasoned writing and for handling long documents and codebases well. It supports document and image analysis, a voice mode, web search, and integrations with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Zapier, and Intercom, plus desktop and mobile apps. Anthropic offers multiple model tiers (from lighter, faster models up to its most capable ones), so users can trade off speed against depth depending on the task.
