Claudoscope

Claudoscope, built by independent developer Liran Baba with no affiliation to Anthropic, is a native macOS menu bar application that monitors Claude Code and Cowork sessions in real time, providing session browsing, cost analytics, secret detection, security hardening, and notifications, all processed locally on the user's machine. It offers real-time session monitoring via FSEvents with no polling, cost and token usage analytics mapped to Anthropic and Vertex pricing, and 85 lint rules for configuration health checking. Claudoscope includes secret detection with entropy-based filtering, one-click security hardening with 13 drift checks, a skills and MCP server browser, and optional session and cost alerts, plus an optional read-only MCP server letting Claude Code itself query usage data. It supports Enterprise Claude Code deployments and requires macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon. Pricing is completely free and open source under the MIT license, distributed via GitHub and Homebrew.
