Contextberg is a local memory application for AI agents that monitors screen activity, browsing history, and agent usage to help tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenClaw maintain context about a user's ongoing work. It uses a three-tier memory system covering activity logs, daily summaries, and long-term usage patterns, and exposes this memory to AI agents through direct MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration. Contextberg is privacy-focused, storing data locally, and supports flexible model routing through Codex, Gemini, OpenRouter, LM Studio, or fully local models. It includes a 'resume from context' capability that summarizes recent work when a user returns to a task, and supports both macOS and Windows. Pricing includes a permanently free tier (local recording, AI work-analysis reports, 180-day data retention, no credit card required), a Lite tier at $8/month adding access to all Gemini models and unlimited data retention, and a Pro tier (in development) planned to add expanded Gemini credits and advanced AI analysis.
