Ghost

Ghost, created by developer Hayden Bleasel, is a self-hosted platform that deploys dedicated game servers on a user's own infrastructure in under a minute, letting users select a game, pick a region, and launch without needing terminal knowledge. It boots servers from pre-baked images in roughly 60 seconds, offers a live console for real-time command execution and log streaming, and includes activity logging that tracks all server state changes. Ghost keeps users in control of their own infrastructure and billing, typically through a Hetzner account, and supports more than 13 games including Minecraft, Rust, Valheim, Palworld, Counter-Strike 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Terraria, Satisfactory, Enshrouded, Don't Starve Together, V Rising, and Factorio. The project is fully open source under the MIT license, actively maintained with more than 242 commits, and includes a one-click 'Deploy with Vercel' button for easy self-hosting. Ghost is free and open source, with users paying only their own infrastructure provider directly.
