Narrativ is a digital storytelling platform, built by a UX professional, designed to help professionals document career accomplishments, organize work experiences, and prepare compelling narratives for interviews, promotions, and career transitions. A Highlight Library centrally stores work stories and achievements with tagging and searchability, Story Builder converts accomplishments into clear, memorable narratives using prompts and templates, and a Positioning Toolkit reshapes past experiences to align with target roles during pivots or promotions. An Interview Prep Workspace generates STAR-format responses organized by role, and experience tracking documents wins across projects and skills for performance reviews and promotions. Currently in free open beta with all features available at no cost.
