Who it's for: teams already living inside Notion who want AI help without adopting a separate tool — the feature set scales from individual users on the Free plan up to growing businesses on the Business plan and larger enterprises. Stated use cases include onboarding new hires, automating recurring reports, triaging feedback, resolving support tickets, and coordinating projects across departments, which suggests it's aimed more at operational team workflows than purely creative writing. Strengths: the Notion Agent can complete multi-step tasks using a team's own real workspace context rather than generic knowledge, Custom Agents automate recurring tasks on a schedule or trigger without a human re-running them each time, and Enterprise Search extends that context beyond Notion itself into connected apps like Slack, Google Drive, and GitHub — a genuinely useful capability for teams whose information is scattered across several tools.
