Revieko, built by Synqra Tech, is a GitHub App that detects architectural drift in pull requests by analyzing structural changes against a repository-specific baseline, surfacing "hotspots" so reviewers can focus on the most important lines rather than reading an entire large PR. It automatically learns a codebase's structural norms without configuration, and flags architectural drift such as boundary violations, hidden coupling, and unexpected state introduction. Output is available as PR comments, status checks, and full reports in HTML, Markdown, or JSON, with low-noise triage that focuses on structural issues rather than style nitpicks. Policies are configurable with warn/fail thresholds, defaulting to warning mode, and it is particularly useful for catching structural issues introduced by AI coding tools like Cursor or Copilot.
