Native Claude integration renders thinking blocks, tool calls, and diffs as proper UI rather than raw terminal text; Git worktree support lets feature and fix branches run as fully separate sessions without manual stashing; a Prompt Composer lets you template roles, communication styles, and constraints before sending a prompt; and three permission modes (Manual, Assisted, Autonomous) control how much an agent can do without explicit approval.
