Polygraph

Polygraph, built by the Nx team (known for monorepo and development tooling), is a meta-harness that lets AI coding agents work across multiple code repositories as if they were one unified codebase — with visibility across repo boundaries and session memory that survives between sessions. It automatically discovers repositories and maps relationships between them via packages and APIs, orchestrates pull requests that span multiple repos, supports handing off context between different agents mid-task, and lets an agent reference and retrieve prior session history rather than starting fresh each time. It integrates with Claude Code, GitHub, and other agent platforms. Currently in early access (published August 2026), it's free during this period with full functionality, and Enterprise options exist through direct sales contact for teams that need them beyond early access. Good fit for a team whose codebase spans multiple repositories and wants AI agents to reason and act across all of them coherently, rather than being confined to whichever single repo they were launched in.
