Stoneforge

Stoneforge is an open-source, Apache 2.0-licensed platform that orchestrates teams of AI coding agents to work in parallel on development tasks. Each worker operates in an isolated git worktree to avoid merge conflicts, and a dispatch daemon tracks task priorities and dependencies, automatically assigning ready tasks to idle workers. A real-time web dashboard provides visibility into agent activity, task progress, merge status, and performance metrics, and Stoneforge supports multiple agent providers including Claude Code, OpenCode, and OpenAI Codex. It also includes versioned document libraries, persistent communication channels, inbox triage, and resumable workflow templates with durable state. Stoneforge is free and open source, installable and self-hostable via npm.
